Mark Zygaj is the Chief Operating Officer of Palladian Muscular Skeletal Health, a specialty health management organization that provides administrative services, utilization management, disease management, and technology solutions to health plans and employer groups surrounding muscular skeletal conditions. Palladian currently has more than 5 million lives under management. As Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for the oversight of Palladian’s day-to-day operations and sits on its Board of Managers. Prior to Palladian, Mr. Zygaj was Chief Financial Officer of the Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, New York and previously CFO for the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw, New York. Before entering the health care field, he successfully operated as a business and financial manager within the media and entertainment industry. He received his MBA in marketing from the New York University and his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has also been a contributing writer for Business First magazine, is married with two boys and resides in Clarence, New York.
