As Associate Vice President, Business Development Janeen McBride is
responsible for strategic business development, joint venture relationships,
and oversight of multiple market segments. McBride joined MedImpact in
1998 bringing over 10 years of PBM experience. Her background includes
serving as the Director of West Coast Sales for RxAmerica, the health
care segment of American Drug Stores. She also served as the Director
of Third Party Marketing and Administration for Thrifty Drug Stores.
In addition, McBride has supervised the operations of 89 pharmacies for
Thrifty Drug Stores and was a pharmacy manager for American Drug Stores
for more than 12 years.
McBride has been appointed twice to the California State Board of Pharmacy
by the governor of California and also served as the Board's president.
She currently serves as a member of the Medi-Cal (Medicaid) DUR Board-appointed
by the Director of the California Department of Health Services. McBride
received a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Washington State University.
