Susan Egbert, MBA, is the Director of Utilization and Quality Management at Vision Service Plan (VSP) in California.
With over 15 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Egbert led the development of VSP’s utilization management program and URAC UM accreditation. She has led the development of VSP’s Eye Health Management Program, focusing on wellness and early disease detection through eye care and integrating eye care into overall health care and disease management.
