Mr. Allen possesses a unique combination of healthcare expertise at the executive level, encompassing the areas of operations, accounting, managed care, pricing and contracting, capitation modeling, disease management, information systems, acquisitions and new business development. In start-up situations, Mr. Allen has successfully managed strategic planning, organization, accounting, legal, development, venture capital and other finance activities.

Prior to TNRN, Mr. Allen held the positions of Vice President of Practice Acquisitions and Chief Operating Officer with Integrated Diagnostic Centers (IDC)/CORDA Medical Care before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 1999. Before joining CORDA in 1996, Mr. Allen served as Vice President, Managed Care Product Development with Coram Healthcare, the largest national provider of home infusion therapy services. Also at Coram, he served in the areas of Pricing & Contracting, National Accounts Sales and Reimbursement Management.

A former Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Allen is credited with developing and implementing the first standardized cost and capitation management program in the home health care industry. He holds a dual Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Information Systems.`
